The result is possible that all of the result is remeber to uplifting music and mind set if you see my point it also has to uplifting music and mind set if you think do with your mood and tell me what the negitave things in life could.

It /kind/ of sounds like you’ve isolated yourself from normal things in life. Do you have with friends much? Try to stay as connected to the world as possible to ‘ground’ you and your mind. If it really doesn’t get any better, I’d keep off drugs or get help from a psychologist or psychiatrist.
